Returns and refunds are accepted within 2 days only. You cannot request a return or refund after 2 days have passed.
Return Conditions:
- Returns are only accepted if the package is in the same condition in which it was delivered, including all tags and original packaging.
- If the parcel we receive is not in its original condition, then we cannot refund or return your parcel.
- You must to mail us your receipt of purchase for return.
- Please do not return your purchase to the original manufacturer, as we are resellers of branded products.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our quality team to determine whether the refund request is approved or rejected.
- In case of rejection, your item will be sent back to you.
- In case of acceptance, you will receive an email from us, and the refund will be processed through your original method of payment.
Exchange Policy:
You are eligible for an exchange only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You experience size issues.
- You received a wrong item that you did not order.
